Why Did I Create This CD?

Because, I have a passion for health and fitness and it gives me a buzz helping people out. I know how hard it is to try and make sense of all the conflicting health advice we are bombarded with. Years ago I started on this same journey you may be just starting. I don't claim to have all the answers for everybody but I'm sure I can help fast track you on the road to better health and wellness.

I know what it's like to juggle 2 jobs, have a partner that also works and be trying to bring up young children. Modern life is busy and frustrating, if you're not feeling the best it makes things a whole lot harder. It's bad enough when your energy levels are low, when you've come down with some virus, headache or other malady it can be downright debilitating.

I've had my share of health problems from when I was young until early adulthood. I know what it's like to not be fully well and I can tell you it sucks. I will share with you the knowledge that I have used to help overcome my own health problems.

It's Hard To Get Started

Sometimes you get good intentions to start eating healthy, do some exercise and get your body back on track so that you can start feeling mentally good too. Then life gets in the way, you get home a bit late, buy some take out food for the whole family and slouch down in front of the TV with some alcohol to relax. It's a vicious cirle that keeps dragging you back in.

Then one day (perhaps a new years resolution) you get inspired and say you're not going to take it anymore, you buy some book and decide to follow what they say. It all goes well for a couple of weeks, especially whilst you may still be on holidays.

But then you find there are so many rules to follow and once you get busy you start to drop one good habit at a time. Next you read an article by some so called expert that contradicts what you've been doing. Before you know it you're just about back where you began. You're not really feeling any better physically and worse still you feel like a failure for starting something and not being able to keep it going!

You're Just The Same As Everyone Else

There's nothing unusual about what you're going through. Trying to follow any of these for the long term is hard:

  • calorie counting diets
  • strict protein, fats, carbohydrates ratio diets
  • vegan or other very restrictive diets
