In this particular news item the specific foods referred to are: broccoli; sprouts; seaweeds; mushrooms; seeds; chia seeds; cacao; goji berries; maca; spirulina; aloe; cardamom; cinnamon; clovers; turmeric; ginger and raw honey. Whilst these are all wonderful foods, herbs and spices it does not mean that other more “every day” foods are not also incredibly rich in nutrients and extremely beneficial to your health.
